How it Works After a HotDocs to EstateWorks conversion, all Interviews, Document and Client data are stored in EstateWorks. This means that from that point forward, you have to input or update critical information only once, and it’s carried throughout both systems. That’s the benefit a structured database provides you. Yet, you still have the flexibility and power that HotDocs offers for document assembly.
Your HotDocs interviews function just as before, but now they can get their critical data from one central structured data source. Any information associated with the client that is stored in the EstateWorks software will automatically appear in the interview and ultimately in the assembled document. If critical client data is input or changed, HotDocs interviews receive the updated information automatically. Data Integrity is enhanced and Data Redundancy is significantly reduced. This affords you to share up-to-date information within your firm and present that same information accurately to your clients.

Project Scope
Customer HotDocs templates are converted for use with the HotDocs Online Server that is embedded into EstateWorks
Templates, Component files and Interviews are uploaded into the Customers EstateWorks database
EstateWorks data is mapped to Customers HotDocs variables where appropriate
Templates are added to the EstateWorks list of Client Letters and Documents
Implementation is tested for quality assurance
Customer is provided with tools to upload and manage changes to their HotDocs templates
