BILL ZIEROLF | Chairman
Bill Zierolf is a growth strategy and business turnaround specialist with extensive executive experience in leading organizations in launching products and sercvices into competitive marketplaces. Most recently, he was President and CEO of TrueAdvantage, a recognized frontrunner in Lead Generation Software. Mr. Zierolf led a significant turnaround in just 15 months by raising $15M in new capital, hiring a new senior management team, creating an offshore software development organization, establishing strategic partnerships and broadening product distribution channels. Immediately prior to leading TrueAdvantage, Mr. Zierolf was the President and CEO of Centrport, an early stage online CRM technology provider. To form the company, Bill spun the technology out of a well established public company and simultaneously closed on $25M in funding. Mr. Zierolf began his career at Dun and Bradstreet where he successfully held varied positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and General Management.

THOMAS B. WHEELER | Director
Former Chairman and CEO of MassMutual Financial Group, has 40 years experience in managing leading financial institutions. From joining MassMutual as a sales representative in 1962, Tom built the largest and most productive field agency for MassMutual with a staff of over 100 associates. He was elected President of Mass Mutual in 1987, charged with leading a Fortune 500 company with over $200 billion in assets.

Rob Schiller is a private investor and consultant to start-up and emerging companies. Recent examples include Conley Corporation of Cambridge, MA which was acquired by EMC, and Insession Inc. of Boulder, CO, which was acquired by Transaction Systems Architects Inc. From 1993 to 1995, Schiller was President and COO of Discreet Logic Inc., a publicly traded, Montreal-based company. During Rob's tenure revenues grew from approximately $750K to $65M.
