PAUL EDWARDS | Chief Executive Officer Following an international executive career with Eli Lilly, Paul Edwards has spent the last 15 years applying technology to address problems in a wide range of industries from healthcare to financial services. Prior to Estateworks, he was CEO of Plectix BioSystems, Coalesix and Icosystem Corporation. Originally from the United Kingdom, he earned his bachelors degree in mathematics from Imperial College, London and his MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. While pursuing his involvement with technology companies, Paul has also helped to coach his local High School Girls' Rugby team.

TAPPIN | Vice President Business Development Don Tappin brings to EstateWorks nearly fifteen years of sales and business development experience. Don is responsible for launching new products, forging partnerships and generating sales. Prior to joining EstateWorks, Don worked at both Wolters Kluwer and Xerox where he successfully grew undeveloped territories by selling data and process management solutions to large financial institutions. He counts many of the world’s largest financial and legal institutions amongst his list of former and current clients. Don is also passionate about community service. He is a Board of Trustees member for the Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter Public School and also sits on the Steering Committee for his local Boy Scouts of America organization. Don is a graduate of both Plymouth State University and the National University of Ireland.
ERIC HEDMAN | Chief Technology Officer Eric Hedman has 20 years experience in technical leadership roles with early stage companies spanning internet music, network security, and mobile technologies with emphasis on secure, scalable, hosted consumer facing applications. Eric is responsible for managing the technical infrastructure/operations at EstateWorks. Prior to EstateWorks, Eric led the development of products and services at Mobot Inc, a mobile startup developing image recognition applications for mobile smartphones. Mobot offered innovative marketing applications using the mobile handset as a "mouse click on the real world". Eric managed Mobot's technology roadmap through a successful acquisition of the company and beyond. In 1996, Eric created one of the first interactive audio "jukeboxes" on the web which led to the formation of RadioAMP in 1999. As founder and CTO of RadioAMP, he built and managed a technical team which quickly grew to operate the most widely used "white label" music service on the internet, serving the major portals, media sites, and brands. Earlier in his career, Eric held technical leadership positions at Raptor Systems Inc -- a network security/firewall provider, at Open Market Inc -- a pioneer in internet commerce and internet security technologies, and at Vicorp Technologies -- an interactive voice system provider. Eric began his career at Bell Laboratories developing data network products and technologies. Eric holds an MBA, a Masters of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
